DX52D GALVANIZED COIL

A surface galvanized coil with a yield strength of 235MPa.

Galvanized coil, a thin steel sheet, is immersed in a molten zinc bath to attach a layer of zinc to its surface. It is mainly produced by a continuous galvanizing process, in which the steel sheet coil is continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a galvanized steel sheet; alloy galvanized steel sheet. This steel sheet is also made by hot dip galvanizing, but is immediately heated to about 500°C after leaving the galvanizing bath to produce an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

DX52D is mainly used in the construction industry to manufacture anti-corrosion roof panels, roof grilles, etc. for industrial and civil buildings; in light industry to manufacture household appliance housings, civil chimneys, kitchen utensils, etc.; in the automotive industry, it is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant parts of cars, etc.; in agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery, it is mainly used as food storage and transportation, meat and aquatic products freezing processing tools, etc.; mainly used for material storage and transportation and packaging tools.
