Q195 GALVANIZED COIL
Galvanized coil is a steel sheet with a layer of zinc attached to its surface by immersing the thin steel sheet into a molten zinc bath. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a galvanized steel sheet; alloy galvanized steel sheet. This steel sheet is also made by hot dip method, but after leaving the bath, it is immediately heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good adhesion and weldability of the coating.
Q195 galvanized coil is a surface galvanized coil with a yield strength of 195MPa. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, in which a roll of steel sheet is continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a galvanized steel sheet; alloy galvanized steel sheet. This steel sheet is also made by hot dip method, but it is immediately heated to about 500°C after leaving the galvanizing bath to produce an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
