PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

After pre-treatment, part of the recycled aluminum will be cold processed to turn it into powdered aluminum, and the other part will be recycled using heavy medium beneficiation, parabolic beneficiation and other methods.

Scrap aluminum refers to recycled aluminum materials, which are usually divided into two categories: new scrap aluminum and old scrap aluminum. New scrap aluminum mainly comes from process waste generated by aluminum processing companies and casting companies in the production process, as well as products scrapped due to unqualified performance. These wastes are usually recycled by the production companies themselves and smelted into the original grade alloy, or directly transported to the aluminum electrolysis plant for reuse. Old scrap aluminum refers to used aluminum products, such as discarded packaging containers, equipment parts, etc., including old aluminum doors and windows, aluminum parts in scrapped cars and machinery, and scrapped aluminum cans.

PRODUCT USES

‌1. Recycled aluminum production

Casting aluminum alloy: After smelting, about 80% of the scrap aluminum is used to produce automotive parts (such as engines, wheels), mechanical equipment castings and hardware products.

‌Deformed aluminum alloy‌: Some scrap aluminum can be processed into alloys such as 3003 and 3105, which are used for aluminum profiles, plates (such as aluminum alloy doors and windows, building structures) and electrical materials.

‌Steelmaking additives‌: About 25% of scrap aluminum is converted into aluminum-iron alloys, which are used as deoxidizers and desulfurizers for steel smelting.

2. Building and industrial materials

‌Aluminum veneer/profiles‌: Scrap aluminum is recycled and used to produce building curtain wall aluminum plates, door and window profiles, with a recycling rate of over 95%, significantly reducing resource consumption.

‌Packaging materials‌: Recycled aluminum can be made into food containers such as cans and aluminum foil lunch boxes, which have the advantages of high sealing, high temperature resistance and recycling.

‌Industrial components‌: Including radiators, circuit boards, electronic equipment housings, etc.
