Product Introduction
Steel springboards are widely used construction tools in construction, industry and special projects. They are mainly used to build scaffolding channels, work platforms and other scenes.
Material: Made of high-quality steel, the surface is hot-dip galvanized, and has fire-proof, sand-proof and corrosion-resistant characteristics.
Design: The I-shaped design on both sides enhances the structural strength, and the surface concave and convex hole process reduces weight and prevents slipping.
Specifications: Common sizes are length 2100-4000mm, width 240-250mm, thickness 45-65mm, hole diameter 12mm×18mm, and hole spacing 30.5mm×40mm.
Installation requirements: Connection method: Fixed through M18 bolt holes, the boards are connected with 180mm skirting boards to ensure the stability of the platform.
Safety specifications: The overlap length is ≥200mm, the spacing between the supporting crossbars is ≤1.5m, and the joints need to be tied and fixed.
Application scenarios:
Construction sites, petrochemical projects, shipyards, power projects, etc.
Can be reused for 6-8 years, with a recycling rate of 35%-40% after scrapping.
